Hove is a town in south of England and, together with Brighton which is immediately west of Hove, forms the borough of Brighton and Hove. The Hove Museum has numerous diplays including the Hove Amber Cup which was unearthed in the 19th century. Other evidence of pre-Roman settlement in the area is a tomb discovered near Palmeira Square which dates back to 1200BC. Another site of interest is the 16th century flint building Hangleton Manor which is said to be haunted and now serves as a pub style restaurant. Hove has a county cricket ground which is used for county through to international matches. It is also the home of Sussex County Cricket Club and has recently seen a resurgence in its use with the introduction of Twenty20 cricket
