The holiday home has an open-plan living room with king size bed and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with bath and overhead shower, Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and with beautiful woodland views. Non smoking throughout.

Ideally situated off a quiet country lane in the rural village of Danehill, within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the edge of the 6,500-acre Ashdown Forest, synonymous with Winnie the Pooh. The award-winning Coach and Horses gastro-pub is a 3 mins walk away.
Unwind in a peaceful and calm open plan setting with the benefit of a sumptuous four-poster bed and new deep pocket sprung and memory foam mattress. The marble bathroom has a double ended bath, rainwater shower and waterfall taps. Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvet, soft blankets and towels are provided.
The dining space seats 4-6 and there is a lovely sitting room area with comfy pull-out double sofa bed. French windows overlook the expansive woodland with black-out blinds to ensure a good nights sleep. There is useful eaves storage with a clothes hanging rail. Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, grill and ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, washer/dryer and a Breakfast Bar.
